SENIOR RECOGNITION NIGHT
Marshall High School - 5/6/05
--
It was quite a night for lacrosse at
Marshall's last home game of the year.
It was also quite a night for memories, as George C. Marshall high school
took the opportunity to honor not only the Seniors who have been a critical
part of the Statesmen LAX program, but also the proud parents of this
Senior LAX class.
--
Seniors in their last season for the Statesmen include
Co-Captain goalie Chris Brimsek #5, defensemen Nikko Howard #2, Kevin Wiencek #24, Nick Horner #25, Derek Laedtke #27, mid-fielder Steven Rafeedie #1, and attacker/goalie Joe Bookhammer #22. These Senior Statesmen have represented George C. Marshall Lacrosse with pride and determination.
--
"THANK YOU SENIORS for all that you have given to Marshall High School.
Your legacy lives on in those who remain. Our loss is another's gain;
carry your Marshall Pride into your future endeavors." -

2005 LIBERTY DISTRICT AWARDS

|
5/9/05 - MARSHALL PRIDE
CONGRATULATIONS!
To Freshman middie Aaron Hemeon, to Sophomore attacker Jake Oster,
and of course to Senior goalie and Co-Captain Chris Brimsek -
for earning All-District Honorable Mentions for 2005!
Those of you who watch the polls know that the Liberty District was
extremely competitive this year--with teams from our District
finishing the regular season #1, #2 and #5 in the entire AAA Northern Region.
In a year like this, the All-District spots were extremely difficult.
To see Marshall represented on that list--and with not just a Senior but also a
Sophomore and a Freshman on the list--it's terrific recognition for the great year
that Chris had, and it's also a nice look forward to some of our exceptional
underclassmen and the future of our program.
And of course, in addition to the individual honors, we all know that it's a
team effort out there--the successes of the individuals reflect on the work and
success of the team as a whole.
--
Congratulations, Statesmen!
Marshall Pride!
