CONGRATULATIONS:
--
To Senior Co-Captain Phil Sellery -
Phil was selected as First-Team All-District
as well as Second-Team All-Region!
Given the overall quality of play in the Liberty District--which
includes some of the best teams in Maryland, DC and Virginia--and the
overall strength and quality of the players in this Region, this is
a terrific accomplishment and quite an honor!
Phil ended his season as Marshall's all-time leading scorer with 105
total career goals, he scored goals in 31 consecutive games played
since his sophomore year, and he received GCM's 2004 LAX Award for
Most Outstanding Player. Phil is going on to play lacrosse at Roanoke College!
--
To Senior Co-Captain Tom Grattan - Tom is going on to play
both lacrosse and football at Washington & Lee University!
He also received GCM's 2004 LAX Award for Best Defensive Player.

goals to just 10, with help on defense from Jon Horner, Neil Kearns,
co-captain Tom Grattan, and Russell Jacobs. The Statesmen's nine goals
were made by Chris Hunter, Francis Vinh, and co-captains Phil Sellery and
