	5/2/07	PLAYOFF GAME - WOODSON - MONDAY NIGHT MAY 7 - 7:00 PM at Woodson, for the first round of the District playoffs! Be there!
	5/1/07	MRS. RITCHEY WINS THE SENIOR NIGHT SHOOTOUT! - Oh man, I can't wait for the pictures to come back from this! The Senior Night parents took the field at halftime and exhibited their shot-making skillz! Mrs. Ritchey pwned EVERYONE! (View From The Stands says this has SO gotta become a regular Senior Night event. :-)
	5/2/07	GCM ALUMNI GAME - Marshall is reinstating the annual alumni game! Currently we are looking to hold the game on Saturday, June 23, at Marshall of course, although the date hasn't actually been finalized yet. Alumni should contact Coach Vasquez directly (since we don't have everyone's email address :-)
	4/18/07	SCHEDULE CHANGE - Governor Kaine has established Friday as a day of mourning for the Commonwealth. Accordingly, the Langley games that were scheduled for Friday have been postponed. The games will be made up on Tuesday, May 1. Since they're the last home games of the year, May 1 will now be Senior Night.
	4/16/07	"TODAY WE ARE ALL HOKIES" - Our hearts and thoughts go out to the victims, friends, family and communities who have been affected by the tragedy at Virginia Tech. Indeed, who hasn't been affected, because at a time like this ... today we all all Hokies.
	4/10/07	SUMMER LAX CAMPS - "Practice is the best instruction of them all" -- And during the offseason, some of the very best practice comes at the lacrosse camps that are made available during the summer months. Some of the camps are right here in Northern Virginia - McLean, Reston and Fairfax - while others are "boarding camps" in some of the most active LAX hotbeds in the nation (especially Baltimore and Annapolis). -- Here's a list of 2007 summer camps. And here's the Web site for the camps run by Virginia Head Coach Dom Starsia (ACC Coach of the Year in 6 of the last 12 seasons). -- But whatever you do, GET OUT AND PLAY! Fastest Game on Two Feet ... it's a blast!
	3/30/07	SCHEDULE CHANGE - The games against Falls Church have been re-scheduled again, for April 23 ... regular times and it's still an Away game.
	3/30/07	SCHEDULE ADDITION - JV PLAYS STONE BRIDGE TONIGHT! - In previous years, Stone Bridge didn't have a JV lacrosse squad, but they do this year ... SO WE'RE GOIN'! Be there Statesmen Fans! It's an absolutely PERFECT day to see the Fastest Sport On Two Feet!
	3/27/07	SCHEDULE CHANGE - The games against Falls Church have been re-scheduled for April 10 ... regular times and it's still an Away game.
	3/23/07	PRACTICE SCHEDULE FOR SPRING BREAK! - Practices will be held on 4/3, 4/4 and 4/5 from 4:30-6:30 pm and on Saturday 4/07 from 9:00-11:00 am.
	3/15/07	THURSDAY GAMES POSTPONED DUE TO RAIN! - The JV game was called after the first quarter with our Statesmen ahead of the Jaguars, 5-0. The Varsity game was of course never started.
	3/13/07	UPCOMING ACTIVITIES - MARCH 21 - Spirit Pack forms and money are due Wednesday, 3/21. MARCH 24 - Mulch fundraiser is 12:30-4:30 on Saturday, 3/24. MARCH 28 - 2007 Team Pictures have been scheduled for 3:30 on Wednesday, 3/28.

	3/13/07	Marshall is participating in a Goal-A-Thon to help raise money to support both the lacrosse program at Marshall and an inner-city lacrosse and education program called MetroLacrosse. 	3/8/07	SCHEDULE CHANGE! - The scrimmage against Lee was canceled.
	3/7/07	WEB SITE BEING UPDATED - Welcome back for an all new year of Fastest Sport On Two Feet! Not everything on the site is quite yet ready for 2007 but we do have the new Varsity schedule, a bunch of the important preseason dates and a short bio describing our new Head Coach.
	1/30/07	SCHEDULE CHANGE - Due to new 2007 VHSL regulations, we must change the weight room schedule. The days will remain the same, Mondays and Wednesdays, but the times will be made earlier, 4:00-5:00 PM.
	1/18/07	WELCOME COACH VASQUEZ! We've posted a short bio of our new Head Coach, and of course the 2007 Varsity schedule is posted right here!
