	5/1/08	PLAYOFF GAME - WOODSON - MONDAY NIGHT! - 7:00 PM at Woodson, for the first round of the District playoffs! Be there!
	4/29/08	MRS. DELEAN AND MR. NGUYEN WIN THE SECOND ANNUAL SENIOR NIGHT SHOOTOUT! - Lacrosse balls were flyin' everywhere! View From The Stands was so busy ducking that he probably didn't get all the names right, but we think we saw Michael Born's Dad, Taylor Delean's parents, Matt Chamberlin's parents, Steven Nguyen's Dad, Ben Coyle's Mom, and Jon Chambers' Dad. The winning score was two, and I think it was a tie between Mrs. Delean and Mr. Nguyen. Trust me on this, you do not want to be in the line of fire when these parents wind up with a lacrosse stick in their hands. :-) Be sure to check out the pictures on the Topstories page.
	4/21/08	WOODSON AND SENIOR NIGHT SCHEDULE! - OK, it's final and there are now two changes to the schedule: 1) The Woodson games are moved to Tuesday, April 29. Also, 2) Senior Night is moved to the Woodson game: Tuesday, April 29.
	4/18/08	REMINDER - The Woodson games are re-scheduled for April 23 (a Wednesday), but still keep watch on the schedules for a confirmed update.
	4/16/08	WATCHING THE WOODSON SCHEDULE - Our rumor mill says that the Woodson games that were "tentatively" re-scheduled for this Wednesday will most likely be shifted to early next week - maybe either next Monday or Tuesday. This should be locked in by sometime on Monday (4/21).
	4/4/08	TODAY'S WOODSON GAMES ARE POSTPONED! - Due to rain, the Woodson games for Friday April 4 are off! They're tentatively re-scheduled for April 23 (a Wednesday), but keep a careful watch on the schedules for a confirmed update on that. (So there WILL be practice--indoors--today, and remember that there is practice, lunch and mulch sale work on Saturday!) Next game is now at South lakes on Tuesday! Be there!
	3/27/08	SCHEDULE CHANGE - The game-times for Saturday's Varsity and JV games against O'Connell are swapped - Varsity starts at 2:00 pm. JV is at Noon.
	3/14/07	SATURDAY GAME-TIMES CHANGED! - Because of the impending rain, the game-times for tomorrow's Varsity and JV games against St. John's are swapped - Varsity starts at 1:30 pm. JV is at 3:15 pm.

	3/6/07	ANOTHER SCHEDULE CHANGE - The South County scrimmage is now Tuesday, March 11, 5:30 and 7:15 PM. (You'll see these highlighted in red on our online schedule.)
	3/5/07	SCHEDULE CHANGE - The Herndon scrimmage times have been moved to Noon and 2:00 PM. (You'll see these highlighted in red on our online schedule.)
	3/4/08	MEET THE COACHES NIGHT - It's tonight! Tuesday, March 4, 6:30 PM in the cafeteria ... Be there!
	3/3/08	SUPPORT YOUR STATESMEN BY ADVERTISING IN THE PROGRAM - Ever wonder how all those families and businesses get their advertisements published in the program that's sold at every Marshall lacrosse home game? And what about those cool ads that show support for a particular player! It's just one of the ways that the community shows its Marshall Pride at every game. -- The deadline for new ads is March 21! (Such a deal I have for you ... the 2008 rates are unchanged from 2007!) -- Help out your Marshall Statesmen and see your name in bold printers' ink on like a ZILLION printed programs for as little as $50! (And if they haven't been sold yet, you still might be able to score one of the primo cover locations.) (View From The Stands points out that buying a cover costs a LOT less than a Wii Video Game console.) (More like an iPod. :-) (Think about it ... one lousy iPod in return for all that fame!)
