Marshalllacrosse.com collects no personally identifiable information and does not put cookies (or anything else) on your hard disk. We do not collect email addresses through this site. We do not give, sell, rent or exchange information about our visitors with anyone.

During your visit to our website, marshalllacrosse.com servers may record: the numerical Internet Protocol (IP) address of the computer you are using, the browser software you use and your operating system, the date and time you accessed our site, and the Internet address of the website from which you linked directly to our site. We use this information to measure the number of visitors to different sections of the site, to diagnose and correct system errors, and to improve the site. We delete this information on a regular basis. We do not connect this information to your name or identity. We do not give, sell or rent this information to anyone.

PHOTOGRAPHS

The players, cheerleaders and many of the other participants in Marshall Lacrosse are students in our neighborhood. Although this site seeks to publicize events and accomplishments of those associated with the Marshall Lacrosse team--often with photographs--this will be done in a manner that does not intrude on the privacy of those who participate. Therefore, while we will use photographs of participants, "crowd scenes" and "candids" at related events, we will not identify the name of any pictured student, unless that student 1) is on the publicized roster of the Marshall Lacrosse team, or 2) explicitly gives us permission to associate their name with a particular photo.

Anyone who is included in a marshalllacrosse.com photograph and who does not want to be pictured or identified should contact the Webmaster, Burgess Allison, at allisonfamily@cox.net. On the other hand, if you want a copy of the photograph, we'll be glad to help, but you must use our permissions policy procedure.
